House of Zari (HoZ) is a modern Indian clothing boutique offering curated, high-quality, ready-to-wear and custom pieces. We specialize in styles that blends elegance, comfort, and designed for women in the Caribbean.

We are based in Ramai Trace, Debe in South Trinidad and proudly serve customers instore as well as online for local delivery.

Product Questions

We offer both! Most pieces are readymade in standard sizes especially our Indo Western styles. Many of our sarees and lehengas, especially bridal lehengas, are semi stitched to see to size for a custom fit.

Whilst we primarily carry women’s clothing, we do groomswear custom order only for the couples shopping with us. 

We have pinned on our socials or can send you a chat we have created ti help determine your size in Indianwear as well as how to measure yourself properly. If you’re unsure, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we’ll personally help you choose the right fit.

Because we have a curated collection with many single pieces in store, we rarely restock. 

Yes, details vary by product but all outfits come fully lined and lehengas with can-can built in.

Ordering & Payment

We post mainly on our social media for now - Facebook and Instagram. You can WhatsApp or DM what you are interested in. We use a courier for deliveries.

We currently accept debit cards in store, bank transfer, and cash on delivery for local orders.

Yes, reservations are allowed for 24 hours depending on availability.

Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

Yes! We deliver throughout Trinidad and Tobago. we use a local courier for all deliveries. Delivery fees are dependent on location.

Yes, international shipping is available. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • For in-store purchases : Returns are by discretion only and allowed within seven (7) days of purchase.
  • For deliveries: Returns are by discretion and an exchange will be facilitated within three (3) days of inspecting and contacting us.
  • All Custom pieces are FINAL SALE. No refunds, exchanges or Returns would be facilitated.
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Custom Orders & Alterations

Yes, select outfits can be customized depending on design and fabric availability. For semi stitched pieces we sell instore, we work with local seamstresses around Trinidad and are happy to recommend the one closest to your location. 

Care Instructions

Most pieces require gentle handwashing or dry cleaning. Adding a little salt to washing preserves colour.

We ensure high-quality workmanship, but delicate pieces should always be handled with care.
